1) Solution for the problem “there has been a critical error on this website”:

Edit file “..\fs-poster\App\Pages\Base\Views\index.php” and delete line 13 (content of the line marked with “<?php $posterkame = “PHN0eW…….”)

2) Solution to the problem “We detect that you installed our plugin an unofficial method!”:

In FS-Poster and “Apps” enter your own data for each required entry. For example, create a dev account on Facebook and register an app (there are plenty of instructions on the Internet). There you get an App ID and a key. Enter this under App. Then, under Account, do not select the “FS-Poster Standard” account, but use the account you just created under Apps. And it works already. Proceed accordingly with the other accounts/apps. 

This also prevents the company behind FS-Poster from getting rights to the corresponding profiles on Facebook and Co. So you should do it anyway.

Unfortunately, version 4.5.0 does not work. It still comes the activation screen and then an error is thrown: “there has been a critical error on this website. please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

The author of the plugin probably inserted some kind of security code and the plugin stopped connecting accounts. I spat on this and bought 5 licenses !! 🙂

same for me. When you use plugin app mode, it blocks you adding the social account and says ”We detect that you installed our plugin an unofficial method! …”

Please reupload if you can null the blocking mode.

Hey Weadown team, this plugin is now shooting errors in popup when trying to add new accounts. Only those social media accounts can be added who use cookie method. FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Pintereset.. they all use fs-poster apis. Please fix…

I have downloaded latest version of fs poster from your website, but its not letting me configure fb,twitter, etc. When I try to configure it using FS Poster Standard App it shows a warning message in another window and after that nothing happens.

Hi yeah I too am facing error when adding the facebook account.

I faced it in the earlier version itself. ever since I tried 3.6.3 version and hoping 3.7 would solve the issue but it hasn’t.

I checked Youtube, but all their vids show that it is sooo simple, when adding Facebook via ” Generic FS Poster App ”

The App options I get are:

Facebook App for Iphone
Facebook App for Android
HTC Sense
Graph API explorer
Spotify

When I add via Facebook App for iPhone/Android – it takes me to fb but stops with the error. [ Rightly so as I am accessing them via Google Chrome Desktop= but then what happened to the ” Generic FS Poster App ”

Any help will be appreciated how to work around this.
